Been away awhile

have been away for a while as I have been working on some special projects .  As soon as they are ready I will be adding them. 

I am very excited about these new additions. 

I am also very excited about 2 new cakes I will be making shortly.  Will post pics as soon as they are  done.

Other things for this weekend

It was a really busy weekend,  I had to make 60 iced biscuits and some beaded knives for an AGM.  Unfortunately for got to take nice photo's .  Then I had to make 2 doz cup cakes for a little boys' birthday ring at school.  Just made vanilla cup cakes some with blue icing and some with yellow.  I am also happy to report that all the customers were happy with their orders.

Princess Castle Cake

 I also had to make a princess castle cake and this is what I came up with.  Enjoyed trying out the coloured sugar

Horse Cake.

Was asked to make a horse cake and could not find a mould for it.  So tried something new and was very happy with the outcome.

So happy with the new Toy Story Cake,  Figurines are getting better every time.  Really enjoying this.  Hope you like the Pictures.  Comments always appreciated.

So happy my website is up and running,  I have not put prices on as I prefer the personal touch and each cake / order is different so has a different price. 

I will be putting prices on for accessories but that will be at a later date.

New Challenges for the next 2 weeks.

This week I have a Toy Story Cake to make for a special little boy who is turning 6.  Next week is a Princess Castle and a Smurf Cake.  Looking forward to the challanges.  Will post photo's once they have been delivered.

Well it never rains but it pours,  This weekend  have had to make 4 cakes and 24 cupcakes. 
A Pirate Ship was the first one, Then a Black and Lumo hearts, music and flower cake, then 2 x telly tubby cakes for a very special set of twins, and finally 24 telly tubby cup cakes.

Cat in the Hat

Cat in the Hat,  was my creation for this week,  had fun making it .  Did not have to bake the cake and decorate it but I have been given a photo that I want to share with you , the mom who made the cake did such a good job.  Will have to give it a try sometime soon.  Really looked good,  let me know what you think

80th Birthday Celebration for a special lady in my life

Celebrated a very special birthday today with a very special lady,  Made Pink and White cup cakes with 80 on them  . 

This week have not had any cakes to make , but have received future orders,  a cat in the hat figurine and a Happy Feet cake and cup cakes.  Well will be working on them next week.  Looking forward to doing them.  I also have added egg free cupcakes to my list of things I make, gluten free are next.
